Thomson FM retain internationally recognised quality standard, with flying colours

A BSI assessor has praised the quality management systems in place and found zero non-conformities to the ISO 9001:2015 standard, following a detailed audit.

Thomson FM received their IS09001:2015 accreditation in 2018 and January 2019 has seen their first post-accreditation audit by a British Standards Institute assessor.

The assessor commented that Thomson FM’s “management system continues to support the full requirements of the 9001” and found zero non-conformities.

Roger Thomson, Managing Director of Thomson FM commented,
“To pass our first assessment since our accreditation in such a manner is a testament to the hard work and attention to detail our team have applied to our quality systems. It also provides our current and potential customers reassurance on our unequivocal commitment to quality and excellence in all areas of our service delivery.”

The ISO 9001:2005 standard is an internationally recognised accreditation for quality management systems, which they state “evidences an organisation’s ability to satisfy its customers and provides a coherent foundation for growth and sustained success.”
