Our expertise in the custodial and policing sector
We have provided consultancy advice and support in respect of the delivery of FM and asset management to a wide range of custodial, police and judicial projects, including prisons, secure training centres, immigration removal centres, police headquarters, police stations and court buildings.
Our experience provides us with an excellent understanding of these environments and the challenges associated with delivering FM services within this sector. We have worked both directly and indirectly with the Ministry of Justice in respect of their capital asset investment programme, with major FM providers on operational projects within the sector and supporting the successful FM contractors to bid for significant contracts including Lincolnshire Police Outsourcing and Dublin Criminal Courts Complex.
Our experience also includes asset and condition surveys of these secure facilities and the development of forward maintenance plans.
