Our commercial sector experience covers both client-side commissions through which we have completed FM reviews, developed facilities strategies and managed the procurement of new FM service contracts, and FM contractor support where we have provided bid support in respect of both pricing and the drafting and refinement of the qualitative submission.
We have provided significant FM consultancy advice to organisations such as National Grid and Yorkshire Water, guiding them in respect of their overall FM strategies and supporting the subsequent procurement events, ensuring robust tender evaluation is completed.
Our role with Yorkshire Water continued well-beyond contract award through our provision of mobilisation support leading into an on-going technical and commercial contract management function.
