Our team has provided FM consultancy services to a vast range of education sector projects, from primary schools to universities and we understand the key priorities for FM service delivery in educational environments.
A considerable proportion of our education sector experience relates to the PFI, BSF and Priority Schools programmes, working with FM contractors on bids or operational improvements and supporting SPVs to monitor and audit their FM provider performance.
We have also worked on university student accommodation projects, on both the client-side supporting their procurement and evaluation process and FM contractor-side assisting in their FM and life cycle pricing and quality submissions.
