Our experience also includes the generation of updated life cycle profiles and forward maintenance plans based on outputs from asset and condition surveys undertaken by our own surveyors and others. Additionally, we have assisted clients to manage their life cycle risk and annual expenditure including through the development of life cycle management tools to compare contractual, actual and predicted future expenditure throughout the duration of their contracts, enabling our client to continuously review and manage their overall multi-project life-cycle management risk and opportunities.
