Our whole life / life cycle costing project experience covers a vast range of projects together with many of the critical elements of hard FM best practice via the common and fundamental requirement for robust asset data.
We have provided bid stage life cycle costing support to numerous projects, developing and refining detailed models based on design and specification details aligned to estimated replacement costs and anticipated life expectancies for systems, assets and components over a 25 to 60 year assessment period.
Our experience also includes the generation of updated life cycle profiles and forward maintenance plans based on outputs from asset and condition surveys undertaken by our own surveyors and others. Additionally, we have assisted clients to manage their life cycle risk and annual expenditure including through the development of life cycle management tools to compare contractual, actual and predicted future expenditure throughout the duration of their contracts, enabling our client to continuously review and manage their overall multi-project life-cycle management risk and opportunities.
