The wide-ranging experience of our consultants enables us to take a holistic approach to understanding the factors leading to poor operational FM performance and to identify the actions required in order to improve performance.
We provide operational performance improvement services to clients who want their existing supply chain to enhance their current standards of service delivery but also to FM service providers who recognise that there are improvements to be made in respect of service delivery, whether on an individual operational contract or across all their contracts. Whether performance issues are a result of deficient business process definition, poor CAFM setup and data population or any number of other potential causes, our consultants have the knowledge
and experience to identify these problems which must form the first step to resolving them. Our services in this respect can form purely a consultative review process, out of which we will provide a recommendations report advising on areas that are not performing well and how these could be improved, or alternatively we can provide a more ‘hands-on’ service through which we support the implementation of the recommendations in conjunction with the existing service delivery team.
