Following the annual audit by the British Standards Institute (bsi), the team at Thomson FM has again retained our ISO9001:2015 accreditation.

The respected quality standard has been held by our consultancy business for the last six years and again no areas of non-conformity were highlighted by the bsi auditor in this year’s audit.

General Manager, Mark Whittaker, commented on the achievement,

“This year’s audit by bsi was their periodic ‘deep dive” into our quality management systems and it is testament to the hard work of our team and in particular our Office Manager, Rebeka Kay, that we were able to evidence consistently delivering a highly professional, quality driven service experience for all our customers.
