Thomson FM support customer service excellence at IWFM Impact Awards 2022
The JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel, London, was again the setting for this year’s Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management Impact Awards. Thomson FM were again delighted to support the Awards by sponsoring the “Excellence In Customer Experience” Award category, which was brand new to the Awards this year.
On the night Eric Wright FM (pictured, with the Awards host, Zoe Lyons and Thomson FM General Manager, Mark Whittaker) were the award winners for their “Variation App”, narrowly beating Mitie and Chiswick Park to the accolade. On the night there were 75 finalists, across 17 categories and over 900 facilities management professionals attended the most prestigious awards ceremony in the UK facilities management calendar.
Thomson FM General Manager and IWFM Chair, Mark Whittaker, gave the opening speech of the night (pictured), stressing the importance of the IWFM Awards, saying,
“Ours is a profession that has much to demonstrate to leaders about its value and impact in tackling today’s challenges. This makes it even more important to ensure that your work is duly spotlighted and acknowledged, so that your impacts simply cannot be ignored.”
