Thomson FM were appointed to review the existing FM service delivery arrangements to the 167 railway stations within their franchise and to provide recommendations for improvements.

Our review and development of a revised strategy was presented to and approved by the Board and Thomson FM were subsequently appointed to implement the strategy, including the procurement of an FM Agent function and associated FM service contracts.
