Today has seen the annual British Standards Institute (BSI) ISO9001:2015 audit for Thomson FM and we are delighted to confirm that no “non-conformities” were found by the external BSI auditor. The accreditation for our quality management systems was renewed for a further twelve months.

The audit was hosted by Thomson FM’s Office Manager, Rebeka Kay, with the support of our external quality consultant, Emma Eastwood of Foremost Limited. In the preceding twelve months and in readiness for today’s audit, internal quality audits were untaken, as well as a mock audit by Emma in November 2021.

Adherence to our quality systems genuinely runs through every aspect of our business operation and ultimately in the facilities management consultancy support we provide to our customers.

The renewal for another year of the ISO9001 standard, without any non-conformities, is testament to our commitment to quality and is a great reflection of every single member of our wonderful team.”
