Annual BSi audit finds zero non-conformities for the third consecutive year

January 2023 saw the annual audit of our quality management systems by the British Standards Institute (BSi).

Thomson FM have been certified to ISO9001:2015 since 2018 and the result of this year’s audit was zero non-conformities for the third year in a row.

Thomson FM’s General Manager and IWFM Chair, Mark Whittaker, commented,

“As a facilities management consultancy business, our quality management systems are at the core of everything we do and the retention of of IS09001:2015 certification is crucial.

I know how hard and diligently our Office Manager, Rebeka Kay, works to both ensure adherence to our quality management systems but also to look at means for such standards to continually improve and evolve. The fact that we have again achieved zero non–conformities is testament to her hard work and also to the wider team, in understanding and consistently implementing these standards.”
