Thomson FM will be the charity auction sponsor at the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) 2022 North Region Charity Ball, which is being held on 7th July at the Hilton Hotel in Manchester.
This latest support for the Institute follows the sponsorship of the ‘Wellbeing’ category at the 2021 IWFM Impact Awards. Thomson FM has also signed up again to sponsor an awards category at the 2022 IWFM Impact Awards, with details to be published in the coming weeks.
Vanessa Mason, Head of Asset Management at Thomson FM, commented:
“As a business, we have been members of IWFM, and previously BIFM, for a number of years. We also pay for individual memberships for a number of our team and as well as our General Manager, Mark Whittaker, being the current IWFM Chair, several of our team have undertaken IWFM training courses, have access to the latest research and insight reports and regularly listen to their “Navigating Turbulent Times” webinars, to increase their sector knowledge. We are also supporting one of our consultants to complete her IWFM Level 4 qualification.
Aligning ourselves to the Institute and taking advantage of their training, research and insight is an important priority for our consultancy business, as well as greatly assisting us in raising our profile within the sector. We are delighted to be supporting the IWFM North Region Charity Ball again this year and raising money for some deserving causes.”
Tickets for the Ball have now been released, with an early bird discount currently available : https://www.iwfm.org.uk/community/events/north-region-charity-ball.html
