Thomson FM General Manager appointed Co-opted Non-Executive Director to the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management

Following a previous tenure as an IWFM Non-Executive Director from 2019 to 2025, including four years as the Institute’s longest-serving Chair, Mark Whittaker has been invited to rejoin the Board as a Co-opted Non-Executive Director.

In this role, Mark will support IWFM’s continued success and strategic ambitions, including the implementation of its new 2026–2030 strategy. His appointment reflects both his longstanding contribution to the profession and his recognised leadership within the workplace and facilities management sector.

Commenting on the appointment, Mark said:
