Thomson FM were appointed by South Ribble Borough Council to support the outsourcing of the management of their leisure facilities throughout the Borough. We completed a series of condition surveys of the leisure facilities which also incorporated Disabled Access Audits of each of the premises to identify the works required to comply with the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act.
The output from the surveys was utilised to inform the compilation of a life cycle expenditure profile for each site which was, in turn utilised to negotiate an outsourcing contract with a commercial provider.
