We have provided project management support to a number of minor to medium sized projects at the Kirklees and Leeds Schools projects on behalf of Pinnacle-PSG. Whilst the project values have tended to be relatively low, the nature of the projects and the fact that they are at primary school sites has generally added a degree of complexity to the projects to the extent that Pinnacle have deemed the projects suitable for outsourcing the management to Thomson FM.
Our roles have varied depending on the scope of each specific project but have always included liaison with the Pinnacle project team, the school management team (generally the Head Teacher), the Authority (Leeds or Kirklees) and the contractor(s) responsible for the delivery of the project.
