National Express Group appointed Thomson FM to support the FM element of their successful bid for the Intercity East Coast rail franchise bid in 2007. We provided maintenance and cleaning strategy advice in addition to pricing consultancy in respect of the anticipated FM delivery costs for the stations and depots included within the East Coast franchise. In addition, we undertook high level disabled access audits at each of the stations included within the franchise and provided recommendations in respect of the prioritisation of disabled access compliance issues.
Following the award of the franchise to National Express, Thomson FM provided further support in respect of certain maintenance and cleaning mobililsation activities.
