Thomson FM were initially appointed to assist Iron Mountain in the procurement of a M&E and building fabric maintenance term contract for all of Iron Mountain's UK sites (approximately 120 buildings at the time). Our role was to assist in the generation of tender documentation and to analyse the quantitative elements of the submissions received from the tendering organisations. As part of our role, we assisted Iron Mountain in the development and documentation of a number of key business processes.
Furthermore, Thomson FM have provided consultancy support to Iron Mountain in respect of the implementation of a new CAFM system and have managed the collection of asset data for population into the selected CAFM solution.
