We were appointed by HBSfm to provide support to their mobilisation activities in respect of the Leeds Schools PFI project. Thomson FM were responsible for the development and implementation of an automated performance measurement system to streamline the calculation of performance and availability deductions in accordance with the contractual payment mechanism and utilising data extracted directly from the CAFM solution.
Since completing the original commission, we have provided further support to HBSfm to provide further enhancements to both the CAFM solution and the payment mechanism deduction calculation solution.
