| We have worked with GSL on the Leicester BSF scheme since the initial bid stages and continue to provide a variety of services in respect of this project following the success of the Miller Group consortium of which GSL is a part. We have provided life cycle cost consultancy services throughout the bid and design development process and have have also supported the mobilisation programme through the provision of asset management consultancy services. We are also assisting GSL and the Local Education Partnership (LEP) to define the benchmarking process for Phase 2 of the Leicester BSF programme. |

| The Capital Building, Liverpool |

| Following GSLs success in being appointed by Downing Property Services to manage The Capital Building, one of Liverpool's landmark office buildings, Thomson FM was appointed to undertake an inspection of the key elements of the M&E plant within the building and to compile a capital replacement plan for the forthcoming 10 year period. Having recognised a potential condition issue with a lenth of pipework running throughout the building, we were also responsible for the completion of a ultrasonic pipe thickness test at intervals along this pipework in order to ascertain the level of risk associated with the pipework. We presented the findings of our inspection and the anticipated cashflow forecast for the works to the client both as a formal presentation and as a report detailing the key issues with the M&E plant. |

| Dublin Criminal Courts Complex |

| Thomson FM were appointed at short notice to assist GSL to compile a life cycle cost model as part of the bid process for the proposed new Dublin Criminal Courts project which GSL were ultimately awarded. Our ability to react rapidly to GSLs requirements enabled them to fulfil the bid requirements and deliver a robust life cycle expenditure profile within their submission. |

| Thomson FM have been appointed by GSL to provide bid support for a number of tender opportunities that GSL have been involved with. Whilst the bids have tended to relate to education projects (primarily Building Schools for the Future schemes) we have also provided support to GSL in respect of other bid opportunities such as the commercial bid opportunity for the provision of FM services to Sutton Park House, UK Head Office for G4S Security Services and Cash Services. Our role in respect of these bids has tended to relate to life cycle cost consultancy but has also included cost benchmarking, review of existing contractual arrangements, condition inspections and the development of FM service delivery strategies for the new opportunities. |

| Secure Training Centres (Medway and Rainsbrook) |

| GSL appointed Thomson FM to undertake building fabric and M&E condition surveys of all buildings at the Medway and Rainsbrook secure training centres managed and operated by GSL. The results of the condition surveys were utilised to inform a forward maintenance plan which was then to be followed by the site teams to ensure that the condition of the buildings remained satisfactory and the performance and availability standards to which GSL were bound to operate were maintained. |

| In order to develop a consistent approach and reporting methodology for condition survey activities in respect of their numerous live projects, GSL appointed Thomson FM to compile a standardised condition survey template. The template that was ultimately generated by Thomson FM utilises standard BCIS elements and sub-elements to categorise remedial works but provides the flexibility for GSL to amend or customise the key data fields to suit each specific project. In addition to the standardisation of the condition survey data template, we developed a number of reports that are automatically updated and provide a snapshot of the anticipated costs by year of expenditure, type of expenditure and BCIS element and sub-element. This template has now been utilised in respect of a number of condition survey exercises and is reported to be working well and ensuring that the condition survey data returned is significantly more consistent than would have previously been the case. |

| With G4S due to commence contract extension negotiations with the Met Office, Thomson FM were commissioned to undertake an initial review of the life cycle expenditure profile for the building fabroc and mechanical and electrical installations at the Met Office facility in Exeter, Devon and advise with regard to the sufficiency of the existing life cycle budget. |
