| Thomson FM were appointed by Babcock & Brown to review the contractual documentation relating to the Tower Hamlets Schools PFI project in East London. Through our review of the Authority's Requirements and Payment Mechanism a number of significant errors and inconsistencies were identified and we were requested to chair a number of workshops with all parties to highlight the discrepancies and to manage the negotiation process through which the documentation was to be amended to remove the existing errors. |
