| Thomson FM were appointed to generate twenty five whole life costing models including retained/refurbshed and new build options to thirteen building on two education campuses. This exercise included for providing options for 20,30 and 40 year assessment periods and the inclusion of comparitive analysis and scenario options in order to assist the decision making process. |
